As you near the end of high school and begin preparing for life on your own, whether that means attending university, entering a trade program, or starting full‑time work, it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed by all the decisions and new responsibilities ahead.
This group is here to ease some of that pressure by helping you build essential skills and connect with peers who are navigating similar transitions, so you don’t have to face it all alone.
Who this group is for
High School Juniors and Seniors looking to find support in navigating the stresses of preparing for adulthood.
