Hi I’m Kelly,

I offer a space rooted in care and compassion, that is judgment-free, where you’re free to explore your authentic self. My approach is grounded in deep listening while supporting you as you uncover who you are and who you are becoming. Together, we’ll work to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful growth. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.

I feel most alive when immersed in nature and embracing playfulness. Movement has been a cornerstone of my healing journey, and when combined with the grounding presence of nature and permission to slow down, I experience a deep sense of connection to myself and others. My intention is to create a space where others can tap into that same sense of wholeness.

In my free time, you will find me in the mountains searching for wildflowers, rock climbing at Smith Rock, or snuggling with my dog Bruce.

Nature-Based Counseling

In a world where we can often feel disconnected, nature-based therapy focuses on connecting with the world and environment around us. Within this approach, we learn grounding through nature and explore ourselves with the assistance of the natural world.

Somatic Counseling

Somatic Counseling focuses on the mind-body connection. Our body often gives us cues about our emotions and needs, and sometimes it is difficult to notice and understand these needs. By using a somatic approach, one will learn to trust and listen to what your body is communicating.
