Hi I’m Kelly,
I find that I am my best self when in nature and being playful. Movement has always been a part of my healing journey; when I pair that with nature and the ability to slow down, I feel the most connected to myself and others.
In my free time, you will find me in the mountains searching for wildflowers, rock climbing at Smith Rock, or snuggling with my dog Bruce.
I bring care, compassion, and support to create a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their true SELF. My goal when working with clients is to encourage them to discover a sense of self and who they want to become. I would be honored to work with you on your therapeutic journey.
Nature-Based Counseling
In a world where we can often feel disconnected, nature-based therapy focuses on connecting with the world and environment around us. Within this approach, we learn grounding through nature and explore ourselves with the assistance of the natural world.
Somatic Counseling
Somatic Counseling focuses on the mind-body connection. Our body often gives us cues about our emotions and needs, and sometimes it is difficult to notice and understand these needs. By using a somatic approach, one will learn to trust and listen to what your body is communicating.
